DRUGS AND STOLEN PROPERTY WERE ALLEGEDLY DISCOVERED DURING A COURT-AUTHORIZED SEARCH OF DUCKER’S MOTEL ROOM. HE’S BEING HELD ON $8,000 CASH BAIL.

CLOUGH FACES TWO NEW MISDEMEANOR COUNTS OF THEFT OF LOST OR MISLAID PROPERTY AND A CLASS B FELONY COUNT OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG, WHICH POLICE ALLEGEDLY FOUND ON HIM WITH WHEN HE WAS ARRESTED WEDNESDAY.

CLOUGH HAS BEEN ARRAIGNED AND IS BEING HELD ON $10,000 CASH BAIL.
