Conway Business Owner And Employee Arrested After Heroin Dealing Investigation

Conway, NH – A several month long investigation into the sale of Heroin in Conway has lead to the arrest of a local business owner. According to the Conway Police they had been working with the Attorney General’s Drug Task Force to investigate the alleged possession and sale of controlled drugs from JD Tool Repair/Conway Lock Shop. Authorities allege that they discovered evidence that 33-year-old Donald Busick, an employee, was selling heroin from the business location and was being assisted by the owner 28-year-old Joseph Thibodeau.

Yesterday authorities arrested both men without incident. Thibodeau was arrested on a warrant for felony Conspiracy to Commit the Sale of Controlled Drugs. Busick was arrested on a warrant for felony Sale of Controlled Drugs. Both charges bring a maximum sentence of 3 1/2 to 7 years with a fine of up to $100,000. Thibodeau was held on $10,000 cash and Busick was held of $25,000. Both were arraigned this morning.
