MASS. MAN CHARGED WITH INDECENT EXPOSURE

CONWAY POLICE SAY A 43-YEAR-OLD MASSACHUSETTS MAN IS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF INDECENT EXPOSURE AND LEWDNESS AFTER AN INCIDENT AT A POPULAR RESORT HOTEL IN NORTH CONWAY TUESDAY.

LT. CHRIS PERLEY SAYS OFFICER SHAWN BALDWINRESPONDED TO THE HOTEL AT 2251 WHITE MOUNTAIN HIGHWAY SHORTLY BEFORE 10 A.M. AFTER POLICE DISPATCHERS TOOK REPORTS A MAN WAS INDECENTLY EXPOSING HIMSELF TO PEOPLE FROM A ROOM BALCONY.

THE MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY COMMITTED THE ACT REPORTEDLY LIVES IN HUDSON AND HAD CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL WITH A WOMAN BELIEVED TO BE HIS WIFE AND HER SON.

PERLEY SAYS NEITHER THE WOMAN OR THE CHILD WERE IN THE ROOM DURING THE TIME OF THE ALLEGED INDECENT ACT.

THE ARRESTED MAN IS DUE IN CONWAY DISTRICT COURT APRIL 2ND.
