by Christian Mower on June 21, 2013

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN CONWAY SAY GRADUATING SENIORS FROM KENNETT HIGH SCHOOL MUST BE PARKED IN THE SCHOOL’S BUS PARKING LOT BY 8:30 A.M. SATURDAY.

THE SCHOOL HAS SPACES FOR 460 CARS – IN 2012 NEARLY TWICE THAT AMOUNT ARRIVED, SO ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO CARPOOL. IF YOU ENTER EAGLE’S WAY AFTER 9:30 A.M. YOU’LL HAVE TO PARK ALONG THE ROAD. ANYONE WHO REQUIRES HANDICAPPED PARKING CAN CONTINUE TO THE INTERSECTION OF EAGLE’S WAY AND THE SCHOOL DRIVEWAY AND WILL BE DIRECTED TO A DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE.

THE GRADUATION CEREMONY STARTS AT 10 A.M. SATURDAY AT KENNETT’S GARY MILLEN STADIUM. THE CEREMONY IS EXPECTED TO LAST ABOUT AN HOUR. NEARLY 200 STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO GET THEIR DIPLOMAS.

MEMBERS OF THE SCHOOL’S CONCERT CHOIR AND SYMPHONIC BAND WILL PERFORM.

TOP KENNETT GRADUATES WILL ATTEND STANFORD, WILLIAMS BROWN, MIT, THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, TRINITY UNIVERSITY, PLYMOUTH STATE, COLBY COLLEGE, NORTH CAROLINA STATE, SAINT EDWARDS UNIVERSITY AND CENTRAL MAINE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
