ALL TRI-COUNTY CAP PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN UNDER REVIEW SINCE LATE 2012 WHEN CONCERN ABOUT WHETHER THE NON PROFIT COULD CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND SATISFY ITS FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS LED TO THE SUSPENSION OF ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE APPOINTMENT OF A LAWYER AS A SPECIAL TRUSTEE.

RAYMOND RECENTLY ANNOUNCED THE SUSPENSION OF CERTAIN BLUE LOON BUS ROUTES DUE TO HIGH COSTS AND LOW RIDERSHIP.
