Fryeburg Police Investigating String of Vehicle Burglaries

Fryeburg, ME – Fryeburg Police are investigation a rash of motor vehicle burglaries which occurred over the weekend. Sometime between the hours of 11pm Friday night and 4am Saturday morning 7 unlocked vehicles were entered, rummaged through, and items were taken. Vehicles entered were on Smith Street, Stuart Street, and Portland Street.

Police are looking to speak with a white male in his early twenties approximately 6 feet tall wearing baggy jeans, blue shirt, white sneakers, and a ball cap. This person was seen on foot in the area of the vehicle burglaries. Items taken include prescription medication, change, flashlight, and food.
