Berlin, NH – The suspect in the death of a Berlin Woman has been apprehended. According to Berlin Police 32-year-old Randy Baillargeon was allegedly driving his truck erratically as 34-year-old Kristin Black clung to his truck. Police allege that in the area of 6th avenue in Berlin Black jumped or was pushed from the truck. After the incident police say Baillargeon drove off without notifying authorities. Black was found dead in the road on Wednesday morning.
Police say Baillargeon is facing charges of negligent homicide, reckless conduct, and conduct after an accident. The Berlin police say that when they arrested Baillargeon they found a burnt spoon and syringes in his truck and a needle on his body. Baillargon’s public defender Jay Dugay asked the court to reduce bail to $5,000. Baillargon is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 23.
