Teen Arrested For String Of Car Thefts in Tamworth And Ossipee

Ossipee, NH – The suspect in a string of car thefts in Ossipee and Tamworth has been arrested. According to State Police Troop E, last week over the course of four days several cars had been stolen in the Ossipee and Tamworth.

On Saturday Police arrested 19-year-old Josiah Philibert, of Ossipee who now faces a string of charges including multiple charges of Theft, Attempted Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a Propelled Vehicle, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Driving After Revocation or Suspension, and Breach of Bail.

Philibert will be arraigned in the 3rd Circuit Court, District Division- Ossipee on Monday September 21st.
