The fifth person involved in the Errol burglary has been apprehended. According to New Hampshire State police Troop F 27-year-old Zachariah Dambrosia-Shaw was arrested yesterday near Bog Road in Stratford. Authorities said that following the consolidated media coverage of Dambrosia-Shaw’s disappearance, residents of Bog Road alerted State Police to his possible whereabouts. He fled into the woods off Bog Road approximately an hour prior to Troopers arriving on scene. State Police K-9 “Duco” successfully tracked and located Dambrosia-Shaw, who had bedded down in the woods, and was borderline hypothermic. He was arrested without incident, and transported to the Coos County Jail where he will be held pending arraignment.

After a month long investigation into the forceful entry and theft of an undisclosed amount of cash from the Northern Exposure Restaurant in Errol, Police were issued a warrant for the arrests of 18-year-old Mackenzie Bimpson, 20-year-old Victoria Elliott, and Dambrosia-Shaw. Bimpson and Elliot were arrested and charged with burglary on November 21st. They are scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 19, 2017
During the investigation, police found out that some people had allegedly helped Dambrosia-Shaw in eluding police. 22-year-old Nicholas Wheeler and 23-year-old Samantha Humphrey were arrested and charged with hindering apprehension. Elliot is also named on a hindering apprehension charge. Wheeler and Humphrey are scheduled for a January 19th hearing as well.
