TWO MAINE MEN ARRESTED ICW STOLEN ATVs

THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY (MAINE) SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS TWO MAINE MEN HAVE BEEN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH A STOLEN TRAILER AND THREE MISSING ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES IN RAYMOND.

CAPT. DON GOULET SAYS 22-YEAR-OLD DANA S. MANCHESTER II OF WINN RD. IN BRIDGTON IS CHARGED WITH FOUR CLASS B FELONY COUNTS OF THEFT AND 20-YEAR-OLD ZACHARIAH J. PELLETIER OF SUNNY MAINS IN NAPLES FACES SIMILAR CHARGES – IN ADDITION TO BEING CHARGED WITH VIOLATING BAIL CONDITIONS FROM PREVIOUS THEFT CHARGES.

GOULET SAYS THE ARRESTS WERE MADE MONDAY BY DEPUTY T. PATRICK FERRITER AFTER HE MADE A ROUTINE TRAFFIC STOP OF A 1993 GMC YUKON TOWING A COVERED SNOWMOBILE TRAILER ON MEADOW RD. IN CASCO.

AUTHORITIES THEN DETERMINED THE TRAILER HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM A RESIDENCE IN RAYMOND AND THEY ALLEGEDLY DISCOVERED ONE OF THE MISSING ATVs ON PROPERTY ONE OF THE SUSPECTS OWNS IN CASCO.

THE VALUE OF THE STOLEN ITEMS IS MORE THAN $10.000.
