THE UNION LEADER SAYS AN EARLY SUNDAY MORNING FIRE KEPT A POPULAR RESTAURANT IN JACKSON THAT SERVES A BREAKFAST BUFFET CLOSED ON ONE OF THE BUSIEST DAYS OF THE YEAR IN THE VALLEY.

A JACKSON FIREFIGHTER TELLS UNION LEADER DOT COM THE FIRE STARTED IN THE KITCHEN OF THE RED FOX BAR AND GRILLE AND IT SPREAD FROM THERE – JACKSON FIREFIGHTERS WERE CALLED TO THE SCENE ABOUT 5 A.M. AND WERE JOINED BY FIREFIGHTERS FROM BARTLETT AND NORTH CONWAY.

THE WEBSITE REPORTS THE FIRE WAS BROUGHT UNDER CONTROL WITHIN AN HOUR AND PUT OUT IN ABOUT TWO HOURS, LEAVING HEAVY SMOKE AND WATER DAMAGE.

THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF INJURIES.
