JANICE CRAWFORD SAYS THE IDEA OF GETTING COMMUNITY CARETAKERS TO SIGN UP TO FUND THE EVENTS MEANS THEY WILL GET STEADY SUPPORT AND NOT BE ORGANIZED AT THE LAST MINUTE.
