WOMAN AIRLIFTED AFTER EMBANKMENT FALL

CONWAY POLICE SAY AN UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN TOLD RESPONDERS SHE COULDN’T MOVE HER LEGS AFTER SHE FELL DOWN AN EMBANKMENT IN NORTH CONWAY SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

LT. CHRIS PERLEY SAYS OFFICERS, NORTH CONWAY FIRE AND RESCUE AND NORTH CONWAY AMBULANCE RESPONDED AROUND 5 P.M. NEAR NORTH CONWAY PINES ON WEST SIDE ROAD AFTER GETTING A PHONE CALL FROM A MAN SAYING HIS DAUGHTER HAD FALLEN AND WAS COMPLAINING OF BACK AND NECK PAIN.

PERLEY SAYS THE WOMAN APPARENTLY WENT OUT WALKING IN THE DARK AFTER AN ARGUMENT WITH HER BOYFRIEND.

SHE WAS INITIALLY TAKEN TO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN NORTH CONWAY BEFORE BEING AIRLIFTED OUT BY DHART HELICOPTER.

HER LOCATION AND CONDITION ARE NOT KNOWN.
