The Executive Director of the Gibson Center and familiar voice to the airwaves of 93.5 WMWV, George Cleveland called in to the morning show yesterday to talk with Roy Prescott. George discussed what the Gibson Center has been up to in response to the coronavirus and explained their game plan when it comes to their meals and donations. Roy also asked George about fundraisers not just for the Gibson Center but all around the valley and George explains how some are getting very creative. The two also touched on “local radio” as a platform and how it’s been as reliable now than it’s ever been. To close George shares some great advice on how to stay positive despite the pandemic.
