River Road in East Conway Reopened Earlier Than Expected

The Construction on River Road in East Conway has been completed and the road reopened to commuters. Crews started Monday working on the road in order to allow traffic to utilize both lanes of the road during the upcoming winter season. The road was originally not expected to be reopened until Friday.
